How it works

1) In the Forms menu, right click the image of the Service Tag and save. Print out the Tag and fill it in. Each Cap being serviced requires it's own individual Service Tag.
2) Drop off, send in, or have ready for pick up your Cap(s) with the Service Tag(s) visibly attached. Caps dropped off or sent in without a Service Tag will not be accepted.
3) If you are dropping off your Cap(s), full payment in cash must be provided with your drop off.

Note:
If you are sending in your Cap(s) via mail post or courier, full payment for services must be enclosed in the form of a Money order payable to “Cash”. Customers who are sending in their
Cap(s) must also be sure to include the appropriate amount of sending back the Cap(s), we do not pay for return shipping. Any Cap(s) sent to us without return postage paid will not be sent back and will be held for 30 days. We will make every attempt to contact you for the return shipping amount. If after 30 days we have not received your return shipping payment you will have forfeited your Cap(s).
Cap drop offs in the city of Toronto are by appointment only. Simply email us to set up your drop off time.
Cap pick up is available in the city of Toronto on service orders of 5 or more Caps, just email us to set up a pick up time. Appropriate payment must be made at the time of pick up.  On service orders of 5 Caps, you will be responsible for picking them up when they are ready. On service orders of 10 or more Caps, we will deliver them back to you free of charge.

ALL FUNDS MUST BE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS

4) When our services are complete and ready for send out, we will call or email you to let you know.
