Where do I send or Drop off my Cap(s)?

How long does it take to service my Cap(s)?

Service times vary depending on the volume of work required to service the cap. The approximate time frame for servicing a Cap is 2-3 days per Cap. This does not include delivery times if sending your Cap(s) by mail or courier.

What if I’m not satisfied with your service?
At King of Caps, we make every attempt to improve the quality of your Cap(s). However no guarantee can be made that your Cap(s) can be restored to like new condition. If for any reason during the service of your Cap(s) it/they become drastically altered beyond their initial receipt, we will reimburse you the current retail price of your Cap(s) less the service charges. In this particular case we will retain the Cap(s).

What happens if my Cap(s) is lost or damaged?
King of Caps is not responsible for Caps lost or damaged during transit by mail or courier. Customer assumes full responsibility for insuring proper handling and protection of any and all items sent to or received by King of Caps via mail or courier.

What about the sticker?

Many of our customers keep the gold sticker on their Cap. If you send us a Cap with the sticker still attached, you will get it back still attached. Our processes do not harm the sticker in any way.

Can I combine more than one service?

Please feel free to use as many of our services as you need to get your Cap(s) looking perfect. Nothing hurts us more for example than stretching a dirty Cap and sending it back.
